At ABC Corp, we believe in making benefits accessible to all eligible employees. Our easy-to-understand eligibility criteria are designed to help you quickly determine your qualification for our benefits program, so you can focus on what matters most—your well-being.
Eligibility
You may enroll in the benefits program if you are a regular, full-time employee who is actively working a minimum of hours per week.
As a benefits-eligible employee, you may enroll in benefit plans as a new hire or during the annual open enrollment period. Outside of the annual open enrollment period, you will not be able to add, change or remove benefits unless you have a qualifying life event (see Making Changes During the Year below for details).
If you’re enrolling as a new employee, you become eligible for benefits the first of the month following days from your hire date.
