These plans include permanent life insurance with long-term care, personal accident insurance, and critical illness with cancer coverage. These plans are all designed to provide income protection and help with out-of-pocket expenses when the unexpected happens.

All plans are offered without having to answer Evidence of Insurability questions. Enrollment in these programs is 100% voluntary.

  • A permanent life insurance plan that accumulates a cash value with a guaranteed interest rate of 4%.
  • Guaranteed issue coverage is available for employees, spouses, and children, which means no medical underwriting questions will be asked.
  • Employee and spouse policies include the Long-Term Care rider, which enables the face amount of coverage to be utilized in the event of a long-term care event.
  • Coverage is 100% portable so you can take the policy with you if you leave ABC Corp for any reason.

  • Designed to help cover the out-of-pocket medical expenses associated with an accident or injury not covered by your major medical coverage or other insurance plans.
  • With over 40 benefit triggers, benefits are paid directly to you, the insured, in the event of an accident or injury.
  • Employee, spouse, and family coverage is available on guaranteed issue basis, which means no medical underwriting questions will be asked.
  • Coverage is 100% portable so you can take the plan with you if you leave ABC Corp for any reason.

  • Designed to help cover the out-of-pocket medical expenses, associated with a diagnosed critical illness or cancer.
  • Plan pays a lump sum benefit to the insured when diagnosed with one of the following: heart attack, stroke, end stage renal failure, major organ transplant, or invasive cancer.
  • Employee, spouse, and family coverage is available on a guaranteed issue basis, which means no medical underwriting questions will be asked.
  • Coverage is 100% portable so you can take the plan with you if you leave ABC Corp for any reason.
